ลบในแอป (เร็วที่สุด) Delete in the app (fastest)

เปิดแอป Zatang → ไปที่แท็บ “ตั้งค่า” → เลือก “ลบบัญชี” → ยืนยัน บัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะถูกลบถาวรทันที Open the Zatang app → go to the “Settings” tab → tap “Delete account” → confirm. Your account and all data are permanently deleted immediately.

ลบผ่านอีเมล Delete by email

หากเข้าแอปไม่ได้ ส่งอีเมลจากที่อยู่อีเมลที่ใช้สมัครไปที่ privacy@zatang.app พร้อมหัวข้อ “ขอลบบัญชี” เราจะดำเนินการภายใน 7 วัน และยืนยันกลับทางอีเมล If you can’t access the app, email privacy@zatang.app from the address you signed up with, subject “Account deletion request”. We process requests within 7 days and confirm by email.

ข้อมูลที่ถูกลบ What gets deleted

ข้อมูลทั้งหมดถูกลบถาวร ได้แก่ โปรไฟล์ รายการรายรับ-รายจ่าย หมวดหมู่ งบประมาณ บัตรเครดิต รายการประจำ และรูปใบเสร็จ การลบไม่สามารถย้อนกลับได้ หมายเหตุ: การสมัครสมาชิก Premium ต้องยกเลิกแยกต่างหากในการตั้งค่าสมาชิกของ App Store หรือ Google Play All data is permanently deleted: profile, transactions, categories, budgets, credit cards, recurring items, and receipt images. Deletion cannot be undone. Note: a Premium subscription must be cancelled separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
